Mostaccioli with Spinach and Feta
A delicious penne pasta recipe with mouth-watering Italian ingredients and spices like fresh spinach, tomato, basil, and feta cheese. This recipe yields 5- 6 servings.
Ingredients
- 10 ounces fresh spinach, washed and chopped
- 8 ounces tomato basil feta cheese
- 3 cups chopped tomatoes
- 8 ounces penne pasta
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- ground black pepper to taste
- salt to taste
Directions
- First, cook pasta according to package directions. Drain, and set aside.
- Next, heat oil in a large pot. Add tomatoes, spinach, and garlic; cook and stir 2 minutes, or until spinach is wilted and mixture is thoroughly heated.
- And then, add pasta and cheese; cook 1 minute. Season to taste with salt and pepper.
