Mostaccioli with Spinach and Feta

A delicious penne pasta recipe with mouth-watering Italian ingredients and spices like fresh spinach, tomato, basil, and feta cheese. This recipe yields 5- 6 servings.

Mostaccioli with Spinach and Feta

Ingredients

  • 10 ounces fresh spinach, washed and chopped
  • 8 ounces tomato basil feta cheese
  • 3 cups chopped tomatoes
  • 8 ounces penne pasta
  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • ground black pepper to taste
  • salt to taste

Directions

  1. First, cook pasta according to package directions. Drain, and set aside.
  2. Next, heat oil in a large pot. Add tomatoes, spinach, and garlic; cook and stir 2 minutes, or until spinach is wilted and mixture is thoroughly heated.
  3. And then, add pasta and cheese; cook 1 minute. Season to taste with salt and pepper.
  4. Mostaccioli with Spinach and Feta is ready to serve!
