<li>1/4 cup finely diced onion</li>
<li>1/4 cup all-purpose flour</li>
<li>1 1/2 cups milk</li>
<li>3 tablespoons butter</li>
<li>salt and pepper to taste</li>
</ul>
<p><strong>Directions</strong></p>
<ol>
<li>First, cook pasta in boiling, salted water until al dente.  Drain.</li>
<li>And then, drain the can of salmon over a 2 cup measure.  Add enough milk to  make 1  3/4 cups.</li>
<li>Meanwhile,  prepare sauce. In a large saute pan,  melt butter over  medium heat. And then add onion and mushrooms; saute until  onion is tender.   Reduce heat to low, and stir in flour.  Remove from  heat.</li>
<li>Next, stir into cooked vegetables, the milk mixture and  wine.  Return pan to  heat, and bring to a boil, stirring frequently.   Reduce heat, and  simmer for 2 minutes.  Break salmon into chunks; stir  into the sauce.   Stir in Parmesan cheese, parsley, and dill.</li>
<li>Lastly, season  with salt and pepper to taste, and heat though.  Serve over hot  pasta.</li>
<li>Salmon with Green fettuccine is ready to serve!</li>

<p><strong>Directions</strong></p>

<li>First, fill a large pot with lightly salted water and bring  to a rolling boil  over high heat.</li>
<li>And then, once the water is boiling, stir in  the macaroni, and return to a boil.  Cook the pasta uncovered, stirring  occasionally, until the pasta has  cooked through, but is still firm to  the bite, about 8 minutes. Drain  well in a colander set in the sink.  Transfer the macaroni to a bowl,  and cool in the refrigerator.</li>
<li>Next, in a large bowl, lightly toss the tuna with celery,  onion, and about 1  cup mayonnaise until combined, then stir in the  remaining mayonnaise,  macaroni, olives, and grape tomatoes.</li>
<li>Lastly, season to  taste with salt and pepper. Let the salad chill in  refrigerator 1 hour.</li>

<li>1 tablespoon grated lemon peel</li>
<li>1 1/2 cups 2% milk</li>
<li>2 tablespoons all-purpose flour</li>
<li>1 tablespoon butter or stick margarine</li>
<li>1 garlic clove, minced</li>
<li>1/8 teaspoon white pepper</li>
<li>3/4 teaspoon salt</li>
</ul>
<p><strong>Directions</strong></p>
<ol>
<li>First, in a Dutch oven, bring water to a boil. Stir in  pasta; return to a  boil. Boil, uncovered, for 5 minutes.</li>
<li>And then, add shrimp;  boil 3 minutes longer or until pasta is tender and shrimp  turn pink.</li>
<li>Next, melt butter in a saucepan. Stir in flour until  smooth; gradually add  milk. Bring to a boil; cook and stir for 1-2  minutes or until  thickened. Stir in the wine or broth, lemon peel, dill,  garlic, salt  and pepper. And then, drain pasta and shrimp; place in a serving  bowl.</li>
<li>Lastly, add sauce  and toss to coat. Sprinkle with onions.</li>

<li>2 tablespoons olive oil</li>

<p><strong>Directions</strong></p>
<ol>
<li>First, bring a large pot of lightly salted water to a boil, and then add pasta and cook  for 8 to 10 minutes or until al dente; drain.  Pour a  glass of ice  water over the pasta to stop the cooking, but do not rinse  thoroughly.</li>
<li>Meanwhile, preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).  Coat  a  9 x 13 glass  pan with olive oil.  And then, heat 2 tablespoons olive oil in  large skillet.   Add mushrooms.  Cook for 2 minutes then add basil,  oregano and garlic  and cook 1 minute more.  Add sauce to mushroom  mixture and stir.</li>
<li>To assemble, pour enough sauce in the bottom of the  pan to cover, and then combine the remaining sauce and the pasta.  Place  one-third of sauced  noodles on top of sauce in pan.  Top with 1 cup of  mozzarella and  one-half of the gorgonzola.  Repeat for a second layer.   Put the final  third of the noodles in the pan and top with the final 2  cups of  mozzarella.</li>
<li>Lastly, bake for 30 to 45 minutes, or until cheese is  browned.</li>
