Baked Ziti Recipe
This Ziti recipe is as delicious as it is easy to make. The blend of ricotta, Mozzarella and Parmesan cheeses make this baked Ziti one of the best I’ve tried.
Ingredients:
- 1 pack Ziti or Rigatoni noodles
- 1 can traditional sauce (or your own!)
- 16 oz ricotta cheese
- 2 tablespoons salt
- 1 cup Mozzarella cheese
- 1 cup Parmesan cheese
Directions:
- Cook Ziti or Rigatoni noodles in a large pot of boiling water, or according to directions on package. Drain, and pour in 9″x13″ pan.
- Mix in ricotta cheese and salt. Add Mozzarella cheese and pour sauce on top.
- Preheat oven to 350F. Bake for 45 minutes and finish off by sprinkling Parmesan cheese on top.
